  • Learning the role and responsibilities of an account manager and assisting with servicing accounts.
  • Executing quote and order management processes with accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Completing a capstone project and presenting to business leadership.
