Do we support remote work?
No, this position requires daily onsite attendance and is not a remote-work position.
What is the duration of the internship?
The internship is a paid Summer Engineering Internship Program that runs from mid-May to early August.
What kind of tasks will the intern be responsible for?
The intern will assist in script development with SVN and GitHub, user documentation, and ECAD testing as assigned by the Engineering Lead and Software Development Manager.
What qualifications are required for this internship?
Candidates must be pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in DevOps, Software Engineering, or a related field, have a minimum GPA of 2.5, and possess experience with Microsoft Office, DevOps, Unix/Linux, Bash scripting, GitHub, and SVN.
Is any assistance provided for relocation or housing?
No, there is no relocation or housing assistance being offered for this internship.
What opportunities for networking and professional development are available?
Interns will have opportunities for team building, meet and greet lunches with the executive team, facility tours, and off-site ventures.
Are there any citizenship requirements for this position?
Yes, candidates must be US citizens or legal Permanent Residents to be eligible for this internship.
Is experience with certain software preferred?
Yes, experience with ECAD software, specifically Altium Designer, is desired for this position but not required.
