Requirements

  • Completed at least two years toward your Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications or a business discipline
  • Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Some experience or interest in professional sales, account management, or customer service experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proven presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, enabling strong customer management and prompt follow-up

Responsibilities

  • Review at-risk accounts and monitor levels of engagement
  • Conduct competitive Research
  • Create exit surveys
  • Create FAQ document for new and existing member teams
  • Research companies to target
  • Identify targets for the Retention Team to sell across networks (based on existing accounts)
