Responsibilities

  • - The Summer Associate will work on a 12-week project such as exploring improvements in ways of working/thinking around NFCU marketing automation tools and related outcomes, identifying applications for AI in the NFCU Marketing Department, or providing an assessment of NFCU Marketing large business processes/ways of working. Project is subject to change based on department needs and enterprise focus. Project topics may be subject to change based on business needs.
  • - Additional duties/development opportunities will include providing reporting/analytical support within a SCRUM team and leading on adhoc reporting/analytical projects of low to medium complexity with senior leadership visibility.
  • - Previous Summer Associate Project topics include Conceptual Roadmap for Paid Media Channels using Context Weighting Via Pega Systems, Testing Adaptive Model Capabilities in Pega’s Next Best Interaction, Marketing Operational Reporting & Power BI Dashboard Development, FinTech Best Practices Playbook, and Insights Creation and Prioritization Framework.
