Responsibilities

  • Assist Events Marketing, Commercial Development and Equipment Marketing with planning, marketing activities and communications, reporting, administration support and other.
  • Organize & create marketing and training materials for events, trade shows and commercial development programs including presentations, sales collateral, signage, promotions, invitations, e-communications, social media, and other.
  • Assist with management of the Event Registration & request systems including entering events, monitoring events, fulfilling local event requests, creating reports, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with data management and reporting for commercial development programs including data auditing, data analysis, data entry and other.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including managing documentation, organizing meetings, and assisting with program logistics.
  • Coordinate with Creative Services team to develop marketing materials for events and other programs.
  • Coordinate with Data & Analytics team to assist with data analysis and reporting.
  • Design, develop and present an overall capstone project related to Event Marketing, to present to leadership at the end of the internship.
  • Collaborate with event & marketing stakeholders within the Dental Events and other Dental Marketing teams, as well as multiple business groups within the Henry Schein portfolio.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
