Responsibilities

  • Our three-year programme allows you to specialise from day one and kick-start your career in a collaborative, supportive team. You’ll start out with three six-month rotations across Business Analysis, Project Management and Business Change. Within these areas you’ll learn how to perform discrete analysis activities across the E2E lifecycle of a product or programme as well as how to support the delivery of key internal programmes and crucial change management activities.
  • In your fourth six-month rotation, you’ll have an opportunity to try something new or explore an area you’re passionate about. Finally, in year three, you’ll do a deeper dive into that specialism and have the chance to work towards a Level 7 Apprenticeship.
  • Along the way, you’ll develop a wealth of new skills, including:
  • High level scoping
  • Process mapping and re-engineering
  • Project planning and tracking
  • Workshop facilitation
  • Change approach definition and impact assessment
  • Comms and training design and roll out
  • You’ll also have access to essential teaching resources and the support of a network of experienced colleagues to help you decide where you want to go next, whether that be developing your skills further in a role such as Junior Business Analyst or Junior PM/PMO, or building your experience as a Junior Change Manager.
