  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Solutions team to identify and document test scenarios.
  • Perform functional and regression testing to ensure the quality and reliability of RPA processes.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
  • Document test cases, test results, and any issues encountered during testing.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide updates on testing progress.
  • Participate in the design and documentation of system processes and workflows.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project development and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions and provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
