Responsibilities

  • Day To Day Activities Would Include
  • Support the planning of seasonal window décor for all categories, liaising with Paris-based design team and local suppliers.
  • Update the VM tool database regularly, tracking deliveries, transfers, and storage costs.
  • Organise the manufacture of VM tools wherever required, overseeing all logistics details.
  • Liaise with contractors and local suppliers on all upcoming projects and installations.
  • Ensure all po’s are raised and invoices saved.
  • VM costs reviewed weekly, making sure each spend is recorded and data shared with Paris and finance monthly.
  • All VM assets saved in the internal share drives, updating and archiving where necessary.
  • Photographs of all stores saved after each rotation and shared internally.
  • Support the VM team to implement visual directives issued by Paris in the UK boutiques and department store concessions.
  • Participate in the organisation and set up of all in-store events when necessary.
  • Regular communication and feedback with the regional stores.
  • Carry out any additional duties as directed by the UK VM team.
