Responsibilities

  • Erteilung von Aufträgen in Übereinstimmung mit der Kaufanfrage, im Auftrag des Commodity-Bereichs.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit am Management der Materialflüsse zur Sicherstellung der Lieferung ausgelagerter und eingekaufter Produkte gemäß den Frist-, Qualitäts- und Kostenvorgaben, zur Gewährleistung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Einleitung von Vorbeuge- und Abhilfemaßnahmen auf erster Ebene.
  • Sicherstellung der Inventar- und Auftragsverwaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Lieferanten.
  • Mitarbeit an der New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Überprüfung und Sicherstellung der Auftragsabwicklung.
  • Erhalt und Verwaltung von Daten im Zusammenhang mit der Auftragserteilung im ERP-System.
  • Analyse der Verzögerungen & Priorisierung der Dringlichkeiten je nach Bedarf der Montagelinien und des Kundensupports.
  • Steuerung von kurz- und langfristigen operativen Maßnahmenplänen (Verzögerung bei der Nachrüstung, Fehlteile, Verbesserung der Logistikabläufe ...).
  • Sicherstellung einer täglichen Überwachung der Supply-Chain-Leistung (Eingang, Werkstattbereiche, interner Transport, Versand) und Sicherstellung der Lösung von Konflikten.
