Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Customer Order Fulfillment team
  • support AOG WIKI transfer (share point decommissioning) to Google site and further enhancement of the the GSite towards a process repository and training & knowledge hub for all COF staff
  • Create training materials as requested by the HoD
  • Acting as focal point in COF for collecting and compiling recommendations/ improvements/ opportunities within COF
  • Supporting COF Priorities
  • Supporting Events organization
  • Perform data analysis and generate reports for different areas
  • Produce and deliver communication material for the team or internal stakeholders
  • Support the Hamburg team in dealing with the global COF team (governance, processes, documents)
  • Actively support communication between SC, Engineering, Logistics, Quality, Communication Marketing
