Responsibilities

  • As an expert in US GAAP and IFRS standards, you will be tasked with both operational accounting and reporting, including detailed analysis, reconciliation and reporting of all general ledger accounts.
  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year-end close procedures including preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for Billing and Accounts Receivable.
  • Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact for Billing and AR during external audit procedures.
  • Partner with the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) team for system and process improvement projects.
  • Provide insight and input on accounting impacts of system and process changes to Zuora Billing.
  • Reconcile and analyze AR sub-ledger accounts to the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Establish effective and automated processes for AR reporting and analytics.
  • Support the design and implementation of new policies and procedures related to audit requirements and business activities.
  • Work with and support the accounting team in day-to-day activities, special projects, and workflow process improvements.
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
