What are the working hours for the Assistant Care Co-ordinator position?
The working hours are full-time at 37.5 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns within the core service hours of 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
Is weekend work required for this role?
Yes, shifts will include weekend and bank holiday coverage as part of the service requirements.
What is the primary focus of the Assistant Care Co-ordinator role?
The primary focus is to assist the Care Co-ordinators in managing new referrals and organizing packages of care for patients living in the community.
Will I be working with a team?
Yes, you will work closely with the Intermediate Care Service’s Team Lead, senior therapy staff, and collaborate with colleagues across social care, health, and the third sector.
