  • Educational Technology experience in Higher Education preferred.
  • 6+ years working in an academic environment using digital instructional technology.
  • Knowledge of/Hard Skills: Experience with PeopleSoft Student Administration Integration Pack (SAIP)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team in the analysis and design of complex and diversified technology solutions, encompassing multiple programs and coordinating the work of other professionals inside and outside the organization.
  • Manage issue resolutions of medium to high complexity that require demonstrated knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments. Serve as the initial point of contact for most day-to-day vendor management and operational issues.
  • Management responsibility and oversight. Lead a team of technology professionals including responsibility for recruitment, performance management, HCM system administration, for direct reports and training and career development. Act as coach and mentor.
  • Maintain system platform and product functional knowledge. Incorporate cross-disciplinary business unit knowledge to support project and program objectives.
  • Direct the process of maintaining and revising service documentation, knowledgebase articles, training tools, aggregation strategies and maintenance. Plans and coordinates skill and product-based training initiatives for technical resources.
