Requirements

  • Grado en Recursos Humanos o Relaciones Laborales y/o más de 3 años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos, operaciones de gestión o área profesional relacionada.
  • Se desea experiencia relevante en nómina, aunque se proporcionará formación según sea necesario.
  • Se desea experiencia relevante en Recursos Humanos en el sector de la hostelería (idealmente en hoteles).

Responsibilities

  • Apoyar la administración de los procesos de nómina mensuales y anuales.
  • Procesar y verificar la nómina asegurando precisión y cumplimiento de los estándares.
  • Colaborar con finanzas y otros departamentos para garantizar procesos de nómina fluidos y reportes precisos.
  • Suplir la ausencia del Manager de Recursos Humanos.
  • Apoyar la relación con nuestros socios externos de nómina.
  • Apoyar al líder de Recursos Humanos y la estrategia de Recursos Humanos para el hotel.
  • Proporcionar experiencia temática a los gerentes de la propiedad en todos los asuntos de Recursos Humanos.
  • Apoyar todas las actividades que respaldan auditorías internas.
  • Asegurar que el departamento tenga los recursos disponibles para administrar a los empleados.
  • Apoyar al Desarrollo de Empleados
  • En asociación con nuestro Training Manager, apoyar un programa de orientación departamental para empleados.
  • Actuar como experto en la materia con respecto a nuestras herramientas de desarrollo interno.
  • Apoyar, coordinar y, si es necesario, facilitar nuestro programa de orientación “Welcome to W” para generar una primera impresión positiva para los empleados.
  • Ayudar a mantener canales de comunicación efectivos con los empleados en la propiedad (por ejemplo, desarrolla comunicaciones diarias y asiste a reuniones programadas en toda la propiedad).
  • Revisar las políticas disciplinarias para verificar precisión y consistencia, así como comprobar la documentación de respaldo, siendo responsable de determinar la acción adecuada.
  • Utilizar una política de "puerta abierta" para reconocer problemas o inquietudes de los empleados de manera oportuna.
  • Asegurar que los problemas de los empleados se remitan al Gerente del Departamento para su resolución o se escalen al Líder de Recursos Humanos.
  • Asegurar que los archivos de los empleados contengan la documentación laboral requerida, la documentación adecuada de gestión del desempeño y compensación, y que estén debidamente mantenidos y asegurados durante el tiempo requerido.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del procedimiento para acceder, revisar y auditar archivos de empleados y asegura el cumplimiento de la Ley de Privacidad.
  • Gestionar reclamaciones de Compensación de Trabajadores para asegurar el cuidado apropiado de los empleados y manejar costos.
  • Estar familiarizado y asegurar el cumplimiento de todos los procesos y políticas internas relacionadas con Recursos Humanos.
