  • Du unterstützt bei der Leitung unseres ersten Emma Stores in Hamburg (Großer Burstah 45, 20457, Hamburg) und sorgst dafür, dass er ein voller Erfolg wird.
  • Zusammen mit dem Store Manager schaffst du einen Ort an dem Träume wahr werden und eine Atmosphäre, die den Kunden begeistert.
  • Du testest innovative Ideen, um den Umsatz zu steigern und das Kundenerlebnis zu maximieren.
  • Du überwachst die Lagerbestände unserer Schlafprodukte und stellst sicher, dass die Produkte rechtzeitig aufgefüllt werden.
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden darüber, wie unsere Produkte ihnen zu einem optimalen Schlaf verhelfen können.
  • Du koordinierst die Teammitglieder und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Store, als auch bei unseren internen Prozessen.
