What is the experience level required for the Banking Lawyer position?
We are looking for an experienced banking lawyer with 3-8 years PQE.
Where is the position located?
The position is based entirely in Leeds.
What type of transactions will I be working on?
You will be involved in a wide range of local, national, and international debt transactions, including property finance, project finance, acquisition finance, and general corporate finance.
What is the billable hours target?
The billable hours target is 1350, which is lower than most of our rivals.
What are the annual leave benefits?
You will receive a minimum of 25 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays per year, increasing to 31 days with length of service, with the opportunity to buy/sell up to 5 days holiday per year.
Is there a bonus scheme?
Yes, there is an annual bonus scheme where you can earn up to 35% of your salary.
Will I receive a pension contribution?
Yes, you will be auto-enrolled into the workplace pension scheme, and we will contribute a minimum of 5% of your salary.
