What qualifications are required for this position?
The position requires applicants to be State-Registered Biomedical Scientists. Previous laboratory experience and basic IT skills would be advantageous but full training will be provided.

What equipment will I be working with?
You will be working with equipment such as Siemens Atellica SCI systems, Versacell X3, Advia chemistry 1800, and Centaur XPT analysers, along with other semi-automated platforms.
Are there any shift requirements for this role?
Yes, the successful candidate will be expected to participate in round-the-clock working patterns, including earlies, days, lates, nights, bank holidays, and weekend working.
Where will the work primarily take place?
The primary work will take place at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, with a requirement to work on a rotational basis at Calderdale Royal Hospital.
