  • Platform Development & System Integration: Develop an energy management platform for aggregating and optimizing decentralized industrial assets. Responsible for the seamless integration of battery storage, PV systems, measurement systems, and industrial automation solutions.
  • Team Leadership & Product Development: Build and lead a high-performance tech team focused on embedded systems, cloud platforms, and energy trading algorithms. Implement agile development processes to rapidly deploy and scale technology solutions. Work closely with commercial and operational teams to align technology with business objectives.
  • Partnerships & Market Development: Establish and maintain strategic technology partnerships with hardware manufacturers, grid operators, and trading platforms to ensure interoperability and regulatory compliance. Responsible for market analysis in flexibility markets, energy trading, and industrial energy networks to continuously refine the product strategy.
