Responsibilities

  • Contrôler les chiffres, reports et documents pour vérifier l'exactitude de la saisie, des calculs et des codes.
  • Organiser, assurer la sécurité et gérer l'ensemble des livres de comptes, des dossiers, de la trésorerie et équivalents de trésorerie dans le respect des politiques et procédures.

  • Respecter l'ensemble des politiques et procédures de la chaîne ; s'assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel ; protéger tous les biens de la compagnie ; protéger la vie privée et la sécurité des clients et des collaborateurs.
  • Répondre aux besoins des clients de manière professionnelle, positive et rapide.
  • Utiliser un langage clair et professionnel lors de toute communication ; préparer et relire des documents rédigés de façon précise et exhaustive ; répondre au téléphone et aux e-mails en employant un langage approprié.
  • Déplacer, soulever, porter, tirer et placer des charges pesant 4,5 kilos maximum de façon autonome.
