What is the main role of a Clinical Support Worker Immunisations?
The main role is to promote and safely deliver school-based vaccination programmes and targeted immunisation for children aged 0-5, while supporting the overall immunisation team in various capacities.
What type of training will be provided?
Appropriate training will be provided to enable the delivery of nasal vaccines and to support other immunisation initiatives as required.
Is experience with children necessary for this position?
Yes, the ideal candidate should have experience working with school-age children in a customer-facing environment.
Where will the immunisation services primarily be delivered?
Service delivery will primarily take place in schools, but there may be opportunities to work in individual homes and clinics following appropriate training.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the clinical input of data, interpreting figures, and assisting in data cleansing to help improve vaccine uptake.
