Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develops, executes and contributes to the local compensation strategy, in alignment with Corporate guidance, policies, and procedures. Acts as partner to the Business Areas and Divisions to advise on C&P strategy, process and policy and best practices, and develop solutions.
  • Collaborates with HRBPs and business leaders to understand current challenges that can be supported or resolved through existing, new, and/or improved HR and compensation practices, processes, or policies. Counsels HR and business leaders on effective solutions to address challenges and support long-term goals and objectives.
  • Leads a team of Compensation Operations professionals that manage and optimize support for the relevant end to end processes and monitor service delivery in accordance with pre-defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and in conjunction with the HR Transformation Team’s Workday design and development
  • Monitors and determines the effectiveness of compensation related programs, initiatives and strategies and their ability to attract, retain and engage top talent. Implements and continuously optimizes and improves rewards processes and procedures, alignment with ABB guidance, policy, and procedures.
