Responsibilities

  • Independently aligns moderately complex solutions that meet program and customer needs.
  • Create and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines related to commercial contract and PMO delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer PMO and support Microsoft Commercial SMEs as needed.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on commercial and compliance best practices.
  • Independently develops innovative plans and processes to efficiently execute customer solutions and projects, scaling for multiple/complex customers as possible.
  • Documents processes and learnings during customer projects and engagements to identify patterns in insights for process development (e.g., blockers in the beginning, actions taken, qualifiers of success).
