Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a market-specific sales strategy to conquer the Benelux market and become the widely accepted industry solution within the next 12 months.
  • Close deals with the top key processors by closely working with them, gaining insights into their organizations, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels (incl. farmers, executives, and government employees) and participating in key industry events and fairs.
  • Align proactively with the co-founder (Maurice Hensl) and other European Country Leads on progress in Benelux, sharing market insights, individual market characteristics, and best practices.
  • Establish the business in Benelux as the first person on the ground.
  • Mentor new team members and foster a culture of continuous learning within the company.
