  • Support the planning and own the execution of the cross channel monthly communications plan working closely with various stakeholders including commercial, creative, brand and CRM Newsletter specialists.

  • Build and champion email best practice and new platform features including targeting, personalisation and template developments
  • Develop our testing plan to ensure we continuously optimise our communication touchpoints, including planning, briefing and reporting on any new tests.
