Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the existing team of experienced Field Marketing and Event Managers and coordinate brand awareness and lead gen campaigns on an international scope
  • Refine and expand our impactful regional and channel marketing strategy and lead your team towards an execution plan that builds brand awareness while also generating and accelerating pipeline for our focus regions
  • Experience building and executing to and through partner strategies including recruitment, enablement and demand generation
  • Steer the team towards developing and executing a broad range of integrated marketing programs including events, brand, vertical, and account-based marketing campaigns to support regional sales objectives
  • Work very closely together with the regional Sales/SDR VPs and Directors as well as Sales enablement and RevOps to set the right priorities for the respective regions according to the market needs
  • Partnering with the corporate communication and product marketing teams to develop integrated plans in the regions in line with the global strategy
  • Streamline tasks and responsibilities between your team and our central marketing functions and collaborating to agree on priorities for the region
  • Forecasting, measuring, analyzing and reporting campaign results to drive continuous improvement to ensure efficiency of the team and seeking to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts as well as new actions plans, leveraging the learnings to drive better lead generation conversion
