Requirements

  • Interest in e-commerce business; Internship experience in e-commerce or having a solid understanding of the social media industry landscape is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree or above
  • 1+ years of related internship experience
  • Quick learner, proactive and resilient. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust fast to change
  • Structured and original thinking, good data sense, analytical skills and judgment capability
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration, skilled at moving things forward
  • Drive to speed matters in business, take calculated risks, and focus on key inputs to achieve ambitious goals
  • Previous experience with e-commerce beneficial to a quick ramp up to the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit potential third-party partners (TSPs) who can provide service for sellers/brands on executing and managing content E-commerce (Tiktokshop management, shoppable short form videos and live streaming operation and affiliate operation
  • Drive TSP growth of GMV and service capability by leveraging end to end master plans, adoption programs, and incentives with the collaboration of different cross-functional teams;
  • Work closely with category managers on matchmaking between Brands and TSPs by identifying needs from Brands and TSPs;
  • Solve key challenges in TSP's products, governance rules and internal processes by strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
