Responsibilities

  • Process Export Sea bookings
  • Register all booking details in DP Worlds ERP system (CargoWise – CW1)
  • Lodge EDN, PRA, COO, RFP
  • Arrange origin cartage
  • Lodge FI on carrier portal
  • Arrange billing & process service provider invoices
  • Liaise with Overseas Agent as required
  • Create & maintain SOPs for client profiles
  • Provide highest level of customer service to client by being responsive, cooperative, and knowledgeable
  • Demonstrate problem-solving capability and escalate issues with management in timely manner
  • Actively participate in weekly department meetings and follow management directives for task allocation, report till completion.
  • Follow export SOP, KPI requirement
