The Compliance Advisory Manager is responsible for supporting the Senior Compliance Advisory Manager with the delivery of a robust risk compliance framework, providing guidance to the 1st line on compliance requirements, managing oversight of 1st line activities, providing advice on FCA related policies, supporting training and competence requirements, managing horizon scanning, engaging with Compliance Monitoring colleagues, and managing ad hoc projects as required.
