Responsibilities

  • Du trägst als Key Account Manager (m/w/d) die nationale Umsatz- und Zielerreichungsverantwortung für die dir zugewiesenen Kunden.
  • Du stellst eine hohe Präsenz, effektive Betreuung und Bindung der Kunden an Vodafone sicher, was in der Regel über 30 Ansprechpartner:innen bei national und/oder international vertretenen Kund:innen umfasst.
  • Du analysierst die Kund:innen und qualifizierst Kundenkontakte, analysierst und akquirierst Neukundenpotential und schöpfst das vorhandene Kundenpotential aus, um die Kündigungsrate zu reduzieren.
  • Du führst komplexe Bedarfsanalysen beim Kund:innen durch, berücksichtigst Wettbewerbsbedingungen (Share of Wallet) und bearbeitest Kundenausschreibungen und Projekte, die bis zu 24 Monate dauern können.
  • Du führst eigenständig Terminvereinbarungen, Vertriebsbesuche, Angebotserstellungen, Nachverfolgungen und Vertragsabschlüsse durch, wertest den Erfolg bzw. Misserfolg aus, betreust Kund:innen nach dem Abschluss und gewinnst Kunden zurück.
  • Du baust Beziehungen auf zu Kunden, Partnern und Lieferanten, um neue Geschäftsfelder beim Kunden zu identifizieren.
