Responsibilities

  • Leitung der Früh-, Spät- sowie, nach Absprache, der Nachtschicht
  • Du koordinierst Deine MitarbeiterInnen und unterstützt sie bei ihrer Weiterentwicklung
  • Einarbeitung und Beurteilung neuer MitarbeiterInnen sowie Auszubildenden
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Erstellung von Dienst- und Urlaubsplänen
  • Check-In/Out unserer (inter)nationalen Gäste mit herzlicher Begrüßung sowie Verabschiedung
  • Du pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Fachabteilungen, wie z.B. Accounting und Sales
  • Aktive Teilnahme an Abteilungsmeetings, sowie Function Sheet Meetings etc.
  • Bei Reklamationen behältst Du den Überblick und kommunizierst souverän mit unseren Gästen
  • Du kontrollierst die Kreditkarten-Abrechnungen und verwaltest somit die Umsätze
  • Lob und Kritik unserer Gäste sind Dir wichtig, da Du ein essenzieller Teil zur Erreichung unserer Ziele im Bereich Zufriedenheit bist
