Responsibilities

  • 1. Provide a range of services including Health Visiting and School Nursing, Children’s Therapies as well as numerous adult services.
  • 2. Benefit from a close working relationship with peers and a joined-up approach to care leading to improved health outcomes for the people you care for.
  • 3. Work with a Borough lead with a wealth of experience in Children’s health, Safeguarding, School Nursing and Immunisations.
  • 4. Engage with a team that has in excess of 300 years’ experience who are ready to support your learning and development.
  • 5. Participate in a shared vision between commissioner and LCH to align Health Visiting with family hubs.
  • 6. Facilitate families to access a range of services at once and support a peer network for staff across services.
