Responsibilities

  • Support and partner with Senior and HR Talent Partner(s) in delivering comprehensive HR services, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and training and development.
  • Assist in preparing data and facilitation techniques to develop insights in progress against key initiatives and change management.
  • Assist in implementing and executing key HR processes (performance management, compensation planning, onboarding, talent management) to deliver talent management outcomes.
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks or communications to leaders.
  • Champion company purpose and values with colleagues and leaders.
