Responsibilities

  • Serves as the first point of contact for the HR Service Center, which is available for all IU Health team members statewide, to receive support and guidance on a variety of Human Resources programs and policies.
  • Handles a high-volume of inbound calls and written requests regarding Oracle HR transactions, benefit programs and enrollment procedures, leave programs, HR policies and programs.
  • Processes, troubleshoots, and approves a high-volume of Oracle HR transactions and verifications of team member data to support statewide operations.
  • Participates in testing for system updates or enhancements and helps identify HR trends and issues that impact all team members.
  • Partners with other HR colleagues across the system to ensure team member needs are addressed appropriately in an efficient and professional manner.
