Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with all key stakeholders to design and implement PR strategies aligned with goals, including new store openings, exclusive brand launches, and seasonal activations.
  • Storytelling – identify and create compelling angles that drive coverage in target publications.
  • Grow brand awareness and reach amongst targeted audiences, through a comprehensive PR plan and outreach.
  • Orchestrate high-profile experiential events.
  • Management of campaign and activity calendars, planning, budgets and execution of projects such as press and launch events, press mailers and sample sends.
  • Build on existing relationships with key national and industry publications, broadcast and other channels to promote the brand, working with larger PR team to constantly build stronger media relationships.
  • Carry out press office activities including, but not limited to: creating press releases, submitting award submissions and attending press appointments.
  • VIP/Celebrity Gifting.
  • Strong understanding of the beauty/wellness industry including an awareness of brand competitor landscape and trends within the beauty world.
  • Tracking and reporting – responsible for the measurement and reporting of PR activity, hitting KPIs set by Senior Manager. Results driven and detail orientated with the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals. Providing insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Responsible for analysing results as well as competitor activities (where necessary) via platforms we have access to (e.g. Roxhill, SEO Clarity, Pulsar etc).
