Requirements

  • - TO BE CONSIDERED, ALL CANDIDATES MUST SUBMIT A PORTFOLIO WITH THEIR CV/RESUME
  • - Architecture Master’s Degree.
  • - Some previous experience as an architect with focus on design development.
  • - Proficiency in BIM environment and Autodesk Revit
  • - Proven experience with other design software (Autocad, Photoshop, Rhinoceros,…).
  • - Fluency in English and Spanish languages (verbal and written). German will be a plus.
  • - Well organized with the ability to manage time in a fast-paced work environment
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • - Highly motivated with the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.
  • - Proactive and detail oriented
  • - Creative and collaborative with a passion for designing and detailing.

Responsibilities

  • - Assist with creating and developing designs, functional layouts, diagrams, and presentation materials based on complex programming requirements.
  • - Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team (engineering, urban design, and others) to support the design and construction of a variety of international and national projects.
  • - Developing from concept design to construction documents.
  • - Assist the Senior team members with other tasks including updating logs and checklists.
