Responsibilities

  • Your role is all about our people and understanding the business.
  • On a daily basis, you will be involved in many areas of People & Culture, which may include coordinating daily plans for staff coverage, supporting employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development, or payroll and attendance.
  • You will support the interviewing process to fill in-store positions, and other recruiting initiatives such as forging relationships with local colleges and universities.
