Responsibilities

  • Gestionarás siniestros de programas internacionales y domésticos de líneas financieras, cyber y responsabilidad de directivos.
  • Mantendrás un contacto continuado y fluido con compañeros y/o partners de otros países.
  • Te relacionarás con Brokers, clientes, y peritos para resolver los siniestros, implementar estrategias y participar en negociaciones.
  • Tendrás iniciativa en la proposición de soluciones efectivas y en la coordinación de todas las partes implicadas.
  • Intervendrás en reuniones periódicas con el Equipo de Suscripción, ofreciendo el soporte técnico de los siniestros que gestiones.
  • Prepararás reportes internos explicando el siniestro y las estrategias que se aconsejan.
  • Tendrás interlocución directa con los Proveedores asignados -letrados y peritos- para decidir la mejor estrategia en defensa de los intereses de la Compañía.
  • Intervendrás en los Planes de Formaciones que se desarrollen desde el Equipo, ya sean a nivel interno, o para Brokers o clientes.
  • Participarás en el desarrollo de protocolos de tramitación de siniestros.
