Responsibilities

  • Work to enhance Workday business processes in the areas of HR, Recruiting, Payroll and Operations.
  • Use Workday tools to write critical reporting for internal and external clients.
  • Maintain data integrity in the Workday system by coordinating data audits and clean-up efforts.
  • Assist with the investigation and resolution of system errors and bugs, and implement solutions.
  • Continually learn new technologies in the Workday system.
  • Address escalated service tickets related to complex Workday issues including root cause analysis and testing of changes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for creation of training materials for the broader organization.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Risk Assurance and IT to optimize our investment in Workday.
