  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual learning sessions, including scheduling, communication, materials preparation, and follow-up.
  • Provide program management support for leadership development, mentoring, and other key initiatives.
  • Deliver new hire orientation and support the Proofpoint onboarding program.
  • Own the Learning Management System, including course uploads, assignments, and tracking. Generate reports on learning metrics and analyze employee feedback on training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint page, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with program goals.
  • Manage Udemy platform including license requests, learning path recommendations and reporting. Administer employee assessments including DiSC, Agile EQ, 360 reports, and more.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for learning-related inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
