Responsibilities

  • Analyse data provided by practice in order to request credit notes from suppliers
  • Maintain records of requested and received credit notes
  • Produce reports and MI
  • Undertake day to day delivery of specific tasks as assigned with your manager
  • Assist in the resolution of process issues
  • Comply with all company rules and procedures especially those relating to health & safety, FSA Compliance and data protection with an obligation to remain informed and up-to-date on all such matters
  • Store all confidential documents safely under the GDPR guidelines
