  • Professionelle Planung und Organisation der Bankett Veranstaltungen in beiden Hotels inklusive der aktiven Kundenbetreuung
  • Durchführung von Hausbesichtigungen und Detailabsprachen mit dem Kunden
  • Erstellung von Änderungsverträgen
  • Kontrolle der maximal Kapazitäten unserer Outlets
  • Erstellen von Raumplänen
  • Interne Koordination, sowie die Weitergabe von relevanten Informationen zwischen den Abteilungen
  • Bearbeitung von Abschlussrechnungen und führen von Feedbackgesprächen
