What qualifications do I need to apply for the Neuroradiology Nurse position?
Applicants should be experienced nurses with a passion for providing safe and excellent care. Previous experience in a theatre environment, interventional radiology, neurosciences, or stroke is desirable but not essential.
What are the shift patterns for this role?
The role has flexible shift patterns covering Monday to Sunday from 7 am to 8 pm. An on-call service is provided from 8 pm till 7 am and all day on bank holidays.
Is on-call work required for this position?
Yes, participation in the on-call rota is required once sufficient experience and competency is achieved.
What type of training and support will I receive?
You will receive full support during your first 6 months with mentorship and a competency training package to ensure you are well prepared for your role.
