Responsibilities

  • Data Visualization: You merge HR data from different sources and visualize them in digital dashboards, as well as implement custom applications for our stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: You analyze structural data and interpret trends to gain insights, draw conclusions, and create scenarios. As the deputy application owner of our People analytics tool Visier you support the further development and refinement of analyses, considering different requirements using the opportunities given by Visier and new technologies / IT systems.
  • Collaboration: You work closely with service recipients to translate questions into analytical problems, using research methods and visualization techniques to generate insights.
  • Communication: You communicate and fine-tune your results in a target group-oriented manner, advising our global internal partners in the BASF Group and understanding their needs.
  • Innovation: You drive forward automation and efficiency initiatives in your area of responsibility, collaborating with specialists across units.
