Responsibilities

  • Coordinating, prioritising, and support in telephone calls, diary, and email management for the senior therapy leadership team.
  • Coordinating and supporting at meetings.
  • Supporting project working through information gathering, organising, and disseminating.
  • Responsible for the provision of confidential, comprehensive and reliable secretarial, administrative and organisational support to the relevant members of the MSK AHP Leadership Team.
  • Responsible for maintaining excellent lines of communication and good working relationships inside and outside the department, coordinating projects and departmental systems and monitoring performance and progress.
  • Required to work as part of a team and to contribute to the continuous improvement of MSK AHP Clinical Services.
