  • This position will support the Pacific Northwest Regional Sales office.

Responsibilities

  • Primary contact with Allegion factories regarding pricing, quotes and margin analysis.
  • Build/Manage the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database relating to quoted projects, wins, losses and pipeline management.
  • Work with regional sales leadership to determine pricing strategy through preparation of project competitor analysis, packaging/leveraging options, historical discount analysis and margin management.
  • Work closely with local sales team to increase the major project close rate. Lead cadence of project quote review meetings as determined by Regional Sales Managers to ensure proper follow up and post mortem analysis of wins and losses. Review all working and pending projects throughout the territory and distribute required information to the Sales Consultants involved.
  • Track and apply all Cross-Territory Sales.
  • Responsible for reviewing specifications for all projects at a level determined by the Regional Sales Managers (or designee) and plans a strategy for quoting. Review all project quotes recommendations with the Regional Sales Managers for final decision.
  • Prepare and provide comprehensive reports to leadership as required.
  • Maintain awareness of all Allegion policies, guidelines and procedures and ensure compliance.
