Responsibilities

  • Provide strong organisational visions and design - people, process and governance – to help Adobe’s largest and most sophisticated customers align their teams to a daring digital strategy.
  • Assess existing structures, processes, tools, and technologies to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Redesign operating models and business processes maximising the applications of generative AI & automation to drive efficient adoption of new technologies.
  • Remodel content supply processes to facilitate personalisation at scale, efficiently.
  • Lead on assessing the organisational impact and identification of risks that may hinder realisation of the ideal state.
  • Provide authoritative guidance on mitigating risk and navigating the complexities of capabilities such as generative AI to unlock its potential in an organisation.
  • Develop organisational change strategies and lead all aspects of execution to secure adoption.
  • Collaborate with executive teams across the customer’s organisation to maximise returns from technology investments.
