  • As a Sr. Program Manager for reporting and analytics, you will be responsible for:
  • Building processes to manage the intake, triage, and prioritization of requests from a wide group of customers and stakeholders.
  • Create mechanisms to track adoption, usage & satisfaction for product launches.
  • Identify and drive alignment on KPI & metrics definitions across all PAIR products
  • Proactively identify opportunities for new reporting to generate insights and create consistency in reporting.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus PAIR roadmap in partnership with the HR Insights and Analytics Manager.
  • Partner with the Sr. Product Manager to define requirements for PAIR products.
  • Insist on the highest standards - raising the bar for reporting and analytics across Amazon.
