Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for client enquiries on ongoing projects
  • Reviewing all work submitted to the Laboratory to ensure it has been logged correctly and according to the client’s requirements
  • Ensuring clear and timely communication with clients on the progress of their projects
  • Liaising with Laboratory Sales, where necessary, to ensure client requests are met
  • Liaising with Laboratory Staff to ensure any delays or issues are dealt with in a timely fashion
  • Entering sub-contracted results onto our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
  • Processing sample media orders including liaising with customers to discuss specific requirements by telephone and email
