The primary responsibility of the Quality and Patient Safety Lead is to directly lead on patient safety, quality, and risk management within the Family and Specialist Services (FASS) Division, working collaboratively to implement the Division’s strategic governance programme.

The Quality and Patient Safety Lead will work with the Breast Unit, Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Oncology, Haematology, Palliative Care, Pharmacy, Sexual Health, Adult and Paediatric Fatigue Services, as well as Maternity and Neonates.

The post holder will collaborate closely with the Quality and Patient Safety Lead Midwife as well as the Senior Leadership Team within the FASS Division.
