Responsibilities

  • You will help develop a pioneering solution on batteries to contribute to one of the key enablers of a low carbon economy.
  • You will research plants/operations along the battery value chain, their technologies and product strategy to develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base (models and databases) on the whole battery industry.
  • You will analyze battery market and technology, uncovering the latest trends and advancements as well as stay up-to-date with the latest developments in battery related regulations around the globe.
  • In this role you will collaborate with the external data analyst team to gather publicly available intelligence relevant to our assets.
  • You will participate in McKinsey's knowledge-building efforts by creating knowledge documents around your focus area.
  • Furthermore, you will work closely with McKinsey’s global consulting teams to bring the best of Battery Insights knowledge to clients.
  • Your expertise will help shape analysis-based recommendations and drive innovation in one of the fastest-growing industries of our times.
